Trilogy Vineyards, first constructed in 2006, will number +/-1050 homes when completed. Trilogy Vineyards is a resort lifestyle, with the beautiful Club Los Meganos at its core. Indoor/Outdoor member dining, indoor/outdoor pools, tennis/bocce courts are all part of Trilogy living. Home’s range from 1460-3000+ square feet. The many gated villages surround the resort; HOA monthly dues are currently $346/month. You can build your dream home, which is a great experience! Summerset homes are older, and may not have updated features. However, homes are gently used, and start at a price point significantly less than Trilogy Vineyards. Summerset’s 2000+ homes have the 27-hole Brentwood Golf Club, running throughout the communities. (This golf course is public, so the community does NOT support the course’s operation.) HOA monthly dues range from $95-$155, depending on community. There are 2 golf course homes for sale priced at $600K & $699K.
