MAY 2022 – Trilogy Vineyards & Summerset Re-Sale Homes

This blog discusses the available re-sale homes at Summerset & Trilogy; two of Brentwood’s “OVER 55” communities. Both communities offer buyers a gated community of single-story homes, with many choices in sizes & features.
Summerset, the oldest community, was built from 1994-2005. It has 26 floor plans, over 2,000 homes, and is centered around the 27-hole Brentwood Golf Club (which is a public course). Homes range in size from 964-2650 sq.ft. Summerset has 4 gated communities; each with its own clubhouse, bocce/tennis courts, pool/hot tub and activities/events that residents can participate. In 2006, Trilogy Vineyard homes built their first homes. Currently, only a few more lots are left to be built; when completed, it’ll have +/-1050 homes. Trilogy Vineyards is centered around a resort-lifestyle, bordered by grapevines & olive trees. Homes range from 1460 -3000+ square feet. The many gated villages surround Club Los Meganos (the main clubhouse, restaurant, spa, pools, and tennis/bocce courts.) The wine barn & many parks also offer relaxing areas for residents to enjoy.
