There are 18 homes on the MLS for Summerset.   The current market is providing buyers more smaller homes, with only 3 homes over 2,000 sq. ft.   If you want a golf-course home, priced under $500K, check out the move-in ready Cortland model in Summerset #1, located on the golf course. UPDATED 1/25/17:   HAPPY NEW YEAR and thanks for checking my blog for Trilogy Vineyard Re-sale Updates.   Trilogy Vineyard’s oldest and first model homes were built in 2006.  Then the mortgage-meltdown came, and the models, features and home sizes changed.  Re-sales are limited, and in the 4th Quarter of 2016, only an Alicante model SOLD.

There is a new Trilogy Vineyard Vin Santo model FOR SALE.  This home is brand-new, never lived-in, and has over $65K in upgrades.  Check out the virtual tour of this brand-new Vin Santo plan.
