SUMMERSET consists of 2000+ homes, located in 4 different communities, and offering 25+ models.  Summerset has a home for everyone’s price point; prices start in the low $500K range. All homes are single-story, with 2 bedrooms and a garage; dens/3rd rooms are offered in homes larger than 1500 sq. ft. Built from 1994-2005, each Summerset offers diverse activities and amenities: clubhouse with workout room, pool, and hot tub. Tennis & bocce courts are also available. Once you reside in one SUMMERSET community, you can partake of activities in all Summerset communities. Current HOA fees range from $95-$155/month, depending on the community.
