Trilogy Vineyards homes were first homes built in the Bordeaux Village in 2007. Many resales are in this most desired village, as these homes have the Signature 20’ ceilings in the main living area. The next village was the Sonoma village, which started offering the standard ceiling height and the Shea Solar option. Most resales are in these 2 villages, as they were built prior to 2014. Shea Homes started building Trilogy Vineyards in 2006, and it still has a few more years yet to go. Their “highly anticipated” Tuscany Village is opening on July 15th. For those of you NOT wanting to hassle the options, choices, window treatments and back yard building, this blog is for YOU! It features Trilogy Vineyard re-sales that are ready for move-in!
Resales can range from the smallest (Alicante @ 1460 sq. ft.) up to one of the Maxine model (3000+). Some of the models can be Signature Series, with the 18’ ceilings, and they may/may not have solar.

This community offers something for everyone’s taste; prices start in the low-mid 300’s and can go up/over the high $600K range, depending on lot/location.
There are 18 homes on the MLS for Summerset. The current market is providing buyers more smaller homes, with only 3 homes over 2,000 sq. ft. If you want a golf-course home, priced under $500K, check out the move-in ready Cortland model in Summerset #1, located on the golf course. This model offers new interior/exterior paint, large laundry room, walk-in pantry, and Mt. Diablo views. It is priced at $459K. This home will have an Open House Sunday, June 25th from 1-3PM.
