Summerset, built from 1994-2005, has 4 communities with 26+ floor plans.  Brentwood Golf Club’s 27-hole golf course runs throughout the Summerset communities.  (This golf course is public, so monthly HOA dues DON’T support the course’s operation.)  HOA dues range from $95-$155, depending on the community.  Each Summerset has tennis/bocce courts, a community center, library, a pool/hot tub and many classes/activities and trips.  Once a resident of Summerset, you can attend classes/events at other Summerset locations.  Here is a link for available Summerset homes. Trilogy Vineyards homes were first built in 2006, and they have a wait list for upcoming home releases. This community is surrounded by grapevines & olive trees, and its hub is the beautiful Club Los Meganos!  This clubhouse has a concierge, private restaurant, library, mail services, spas, swimming pools and VIEWS!  HOA Dues currently are $346/month.  A Trilogy Vineyard re-sale home is a great way to purchase a Trilogy home, without the wait of a new build.  Usually, a re-sale can save you both money & frustration from additional option charges.
