JUNE 2022 – Summerset & Trilogy Vineyard Re-Sale Homes

UPDATED 6/15/22: Thanks for visiting my blog, focusing on the available homes at Summerset & Trilogy Vineyards; Brentwood’s two “OVER 55” gated communities.   Both communities offer buyers many choices in sizes/features in single family homes.  Brentwood (located 50 miles East of San Francisco) is close to shopping, restaurants, medical, and a BART location in Antioch.

Summerset (built from 1994-2005) is the oldest of the two communities.    Summerset has over 2,000 homes and 26 floor plans, with the 27-hole Brentwood Golf Club running throughout the communities.  The four Summerset communities offer residents bocce/tennis courts, pool/hot tub, and a clubhouse with different clubs/tours/activities. Trilogy Vineyards (first completed by Shea in 2006) still offers buyers a new build opportunity.  When complete, the community will number around 1050 homes.  Trilogy Vineyards is a resort lifestyle, bordered by grapevines & olive trees. Homes range from 1460-3000+ sq. ft.  The homes are in villages that surround Club Los Meganos, the main clubhouse/restaurant/spa. The community has parks, a wine barn, bocce/pickleball courts, and many clubs/events/trips for its residents.  The community’s restaurant is ONLY for residents.  Building your dream home is a great experience; but if you can purchase somebody else’s dream, you usually save yourself money & frustration on a re-sale home.  Click for re-sale Trilogy Vineyard Homes
